I agree with Frank. Most Realtors┬« do treat their clients well. There are the few that are just in it for themselves though and that is unfortunate. But I guess the same can be said of many professions. Therefore, it is up to the consumer to make a choice. Choosing a Realtor because he gave the highest price to sell your home or because he has the most listings under his name could be red flags. He may be lying to get the listing or he may be too busy to give you the needed attention you deserve. Choose wisely and listen carefully. Make sure you have an easy exit plan if it doesn’t work out.
