New Pages to Help Site Users

More posts coming soon, but currently I am working on improving current pages.
I had a reader contact me saying that I have not been posting much. Mea culpa. I am trying to organize some aspects of the site to make it better for certain users. This has meant going through my reports to find what people are interested in, since most people do not comment (I get more phone calls and a lot of emails with questions, than comments). This has led me to consider some projects.
I did not know how popular my home inspection checklist was on the free ebooks page. I knew that I had more real estate investors coming to the site, but through some research, I discovered what appealed to them on the site. I decided to make a real estate investors page to help you guys out. The page is meant to show you how you can use the site more effectively.
Coupled with the last paragraph, more people are interested in buying foreclosures. Since this was a specialty of mine before the housing crisis, I was already in a position to benefit from some good pages. I thought that it might be a good idea to create a central foreclosure inspections page to help users discover more information on that topic too.
Plans for the future include more development on the topic of green homes. This is a passion of mine for my own home, so I wanted to share it here. I am in the process of gathering several bits and pieces together for improvements to the site on that front, so stayed tuned for next week.
Otherwise, what you will notice in the site is small changes to various pages to help the different users of the site to discover content that would appeal to them. I hope that my site work is not showing up in the feeds; I think that would be a nuisance. What you will see over the course of this week is more work being done on the home inspection photos section; changes to the home page to make it more user friendly; and updates to popular articles to keep them more current.
