2501 to 2750 square feet $275.00
2751 to 3000 square feet $300.00
3001 to 3250 square feet $325.00
3251 to 3501 square feet $350.00
so $25 for each additional 250 square feet
Roof Inspections $85.00
(roof inspections are part of home inspections; this is the price if you only want the roof inspected)
A single system inspection (structure, electrical, plumbing, or heating and cooling) $150.00

I spend the time to ensure everything is found. A typical inspection lasts from three to four hours.
I provide the information you need on the report (no fluff to make a longer report), but I am a wealth of information (look at this site)
I am a reasonably priced home inspector in the Houston area. I do not think that you should have to pay more than a fair price.
