I saw a press release about a new site for appliance repair advice. It was good (http://www.appliancerepair.com/ ), but when I did a search to find out what kind of advice may be given, I was taken to a sister site that is pretty good. It is a cross between a parts store and an advice stop. Check out the Repair Clinic if you need a little help.

Wow, that Repair Clinic site is pretty awesome! It sort of reminds me of Crucial (that site where you buy RAM for your computer). So easy to navigate! I think with the right parts, manuals and research, the average appliance owner can do many of their own repairs.
