This section will be a work in progress for some time. My hope is to create a library of common problems found during inspections and elements of a home.I will try to add to this weekly. My biggest problem is that I forget to take my camera out when I see something new. I wanted to at least have this up to get things started. The sections roughly correspond to the sections of the report that Texas inspectors use. I do want to go inot some design elements too, so I may expand on these pages soon.
